Bearing bars run from 20×3 mm to 100×9 mm in 19-space and 15-space pitch series, with panels cut to order and finished hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123, painted, untreated, or in stainless 304/316. Fabrication follows YB/T 4001.1 and ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531 under an ISO 9001 quality system, with CE marking available for European projects.

Every order is fabricated to your specified bearing bar size (20×3 to 100×9 mm), pitch series, panel dimensions, cutouts, banding, and surface treatment. We work directly from DWG, PDF, or STEP files, and our engineers can also propose a section from your load and span requirements.
There is no rigid catalog MOQ because gratings are made to order. Full-container shipments are the most economical for export, but smaller trial orders and mixed steel/FRP consignments are regularly arranged for new distributors and EPC pilot packages. Send your bill of quantities and we will confirm feasibility.
Lead time depends on specification, surface treatment, and quantity, so it is confirmed with each quotation rather than quoted generically. Providing complete drawings and a finalized spec up front shortens engineering review and keeps production on schedule. Hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A123 is handled in-region, avoiding added transit delays.
