These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://gograting.com and any quotation or sale by GoGrating. By using this site or requesting a quote you accept these terms.

Quotations

All quotations are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are subject to written confirmation. Prices, lead times and availability may change until an order is confirmed. Load and capacity figures on this site (including our load calculator) are indicative for selection only — final values must be confirmed against your governing standard and project loading.

Products & custom manufacture

Grating is custom-made to your specification. It is your responsibility to confirm dimensions, loadings, finish and applicable standards before production. Custom-made goods are generally non-returnable once manufacturing begins.

Orders & payment

Orders proceed on the payment and delivery terms agreed in writing (e.g. proforma invoice and Incoterms). Title and risk pass per the agreed Incoterms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to GoGrating and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoGrating is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
