Prepare the quotation package
Product scope
Identify the required product, quantity and operating area. Ask the supplier to confirm the exact offered configuration and fabrication scope.
Approved project inputs
Provide the approved load basis, supports and exposure conditions. Project engineering approval remains separate from a supplier quotation.
Fabrication requirements
List panel marks, cutouts, banding, stairs and accessory requirements. Availability and drawing deliverables require written confirmation.
Evidence requirements
Specify the required standards and editions, inspection records and approval route. A website reference does not establish certification.
Delivery requirements
State destination, packing constraints and required delivery date. Confirm shipping scope, document availability and timing in the quotation.
