Each inquiry begins with a technical review: our engineers study your drawings, span conditions, loading class, and environment, then translate them into a bearing bar section (anywhere from 20x3 mm to 100x9 mm), pitch series (19-space or 15-space), and surface treatment suited to the application. This is the discipline behind both our steel grating and FRP grating lines.

Design team and simulation. Our engineering group works directly in CAD with customer-supplied drawings — DWG, STEP, and PDF formats are all welcome at the quote stage. For demanding spans or concentrated loads, we run finite element analysis (FEA) to verify deflection behavior and refine bearing bar selection before fabrication. We do not publish generic load numbers; instead, we prepare engineered load tables referenced to YB/T 4001.1 and ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531 for your specific configuration on request.
New product development. Recent R&D work spans both material families: heavy-duty serrated steel grating for offshore and plant flooring, stainless 304/316 grating for corrosive process areas, and FRP development across molded, pultruded, and covered grating in orthophthalic, isophthalic, and vinyl ester resins.
