Define the Destination Requirements
International orders may require destination-specific standards, markings, documentation, packing, inspection and import information. Include these requirements in the enquiry so feasibility and scope can be confirmed before purchase.
- Destination country, city or port and required trade term
- Governing product, coating and safety standards
- Material records, conformity documents and inspection requirements
- Bundle size, lifting, weather protection, marking and packing list needs
- Requested delivery window and any site-access constraints
Confirm Logistics in the Quotation
Origin port, freight arrangement, transit estimate, export documents and responsibility for customs or inland delivery must be stated in the quotation. A general regional statement on a website should not be used as evidence of past shipment or a guaranteed route.

Use the RFQ form to provide the product schedule, drawings, destination and documentation list. The supplier team can then confirm the applicable scope in writing.
