
GoGrating's manufacturing base is located in Anping County, Hebei — the wire-mesh and grating capital of China, where more than 70% of the country's grating output is produced and over 800 fabrication plants operate within a 30 km radius. That cluster gives us short, reliable supply lines for bearing bar steel, cross-bar wire, FRP resins, and hot-dip galvanizing capacity, so export orders move from drawing approval to dispatch without outsourcing bottlenecks.
We run a custom-order operation, not a stock-SKU warehouse. Each panel of steel grating or FRP grating is fabricated to the buyer's specification: bearing bars from 20×3 mm up to 100×9 mm, pitch in the 19-space and 15-space series per YB/T 4001.1 and ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531, and panel dimensions cut to order. Surface options cover hot-dip galvanized, untreated, painted, and stainless 304/316.

Steel grating fabrication follows a controlled sequence: bearing bar slitting and straightening, automated pressure-resistance welding that forges twisted cross bars into the bearing bars (with press-locked grating available as an alternative construction), panel cutting to drawing, end-banding and toe-plate welding, then surface treatment. Hot-dip galvanizing is performed to ASTM A123, with coating thickness verified by magnetic gauge before packing.
FRP grating production runs on two parallel processes: molded grating, where continuous glass rovings are laid into heated molds and wet-out for a one-piece mesh panel, and pultrusion lines producing high-glass-content load-bar profiles assembled into panels. Resin systems — orthophthalic, isophthalic, or vinyl ester — are selected for the project's chemical environment, and covered or gritted anti-slip tops are applied in-house.
Quality control is certified to ISO 9001 and applied at every stage: incoming mill certificates, weld shear and dimensional checks against YB/T 4001.1 / ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531 tolerances, zinc coating verification, and pre-shipment inspection with photo documentation. We do not publish generic load figures — engineered load tables matched to your span and standard are provided on request.
