The GoGrating product center helps buyers organize drawings, specifications and commercial inputs for a quotation. The legal supplier identity, manufacturing party, production location and contractual scope should appear consistently in the quotation, invoice and order documents.
Product pages describe common configurations and selection factors. They do not by themselves prove that a particular size, material, process, standard or document is included in an order.
Supplier-Qualification Checklist
- Confirm the contracting entity and payment beneficiary
- Request current manufacturing and process evidence relevant to the quoted item
- State applicable standards, editions and acceptance criteria
- List required drawings, material records, inspection records and certificates
- Confirm packing, trade terms, delivery schedule and claims procedure
