Gograting takes the domestic headquarters production base as the core support, building a large-scale, intelligent and standardized manufacturing system. Relying on advanced production equipment and scientific process management, we have established a solid foundation for stable supply and quality control, and effectively responded to the diverse needs of global customers for steel grating products.

National Headquarters Production Base: Intelligent Manufacturing Core

Our headquarters production base is located in the key industrial cluster area with convenient transportation, covering a total area of 50,000 square meters, of which the production workshop area accounts for 35,000 square meters. The base has realized the scientific division of labor and efficient connection of the whole production chain, and has set up four professional workshops including raw material pretreatment workshop, precision welding workshop, surface treatment workshop and finished product inspection & storage workshop, forming a one-stop production mode from raw material input to finished product delivery.

Focusing on the development trend of Industry 4.0, we have invested heavily in building an intelligent production system. The base is equipped with 8 sets of automatic pressure welding production lines with international advanced level, 5 sets of CNC cutting production lines with high precision positioning function, and 3 sets of intelligent welding robot workstations. Among them, the automatic pressure welding production line can realize automatic feeding of cross bars, constant current welding and automatic end cutting, with a welding speed of 15-25 cross bars per minute, which not only improves production efficiency but also ensures the consistency of welding quality

Development History: Decade of Accumulation, Steady Growth

2010 - Founding & Rooting: Focus on Core R&D Gograting was formally established in Anping, Hebei, the "Hometown of Steel Grating in China" and a core industrial cluster area. Since its inception, we have locked in the core positioning of "specializing in high-quality grating R&D and production", and set up a professional technical team to dive into welding process optimization, material performance improvement and product structure innovation, laying a solid technical foundation for brand development.

2015 - Capacity Expansion: Scale Leap Driven by the surging market demand and the pursuit of higher production efficiency, we launched a key capacity expansion plan. Three sets of advanced automatic welding production lines were added to the headquarters base, greatly upgrading the automation level of the production line. With this upgrade, our annual grating production capacity successfully broke through 50,000 tons, officially stepping into the ranks of large-scale grating manufacturers in China.

2018 - Technological Breakthrough: Innovation Leading After 3 years of in-depth research and repeated tests, we successfully developed the anti-slip and wear-resistant grating. This product innovatively optimized the surface structure, solving the pain point of poor anti-slip performance of traditional gratings in wet, oily and high-traffic scenarios. It was awarded the National Utility Model Patent, marking our key breakthrough in core product technology.

2020 - Market Expansion: Going Global We officially entered the European market and established a service center in Germany. The center integrates functions such as technical communication, order follow-up, on-site debugging and after-sales support, realizing localized service for European customers. This move not only opened up the international market, but also won high recognition from overseas customers with professional services.

2023 - Qualification Upgrade: Standard Enhancement We successfully passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Upgrade Certification and CE Certification.
